The licensed Adult Family Foster Home must be inspected at the end of the period allowed for correction by the County Social Service Agency staff. Results of the inspection shall be reviewed with the Human Service Center and the Division.
If, upon inspection, it is determined that the provider has not corrected a deficiency identified in the Correction Order, the Human Service Center must send a notice of noncompliance with the Correction Order to the licensed provider. The notice must specify the uncorrected violations and the penalties assessed. The Division must be contacted prior to this action.
